The Colmac Service Department is outstanding in its ability to assist customers in resolving service, repair and maintenance problems. Colmac is famous for building tough, high quality, dependable garment pressing and finishing products. Our customers have come to rely on another dependable asset of Colmac Industries, our Service Department. The Colmac Service Department team consists of trained technicians who have both technical and practical experience with Colmac products. Each team member is an expert on one or more products but each has been trained to service all other Colmac products. When a customer calls with an extremely difficult and challenging problem, the whole team may be called upon to assist so the customer's problem is resolved quickly. To support the Service Department, Colmac maintains a large parts inventory. Every attempt is made to ship parts orders within 24 hours of receipt of the purchase order. In emergencies we have overnight service available to most cities via Federal Express or UPS. Surveys of our customers have shown that the Colmac Service Department has achieved nearly 100% in customer satisfaction and approval. Colmac Service Technicians will, most often, solve the problem immediately, allowing our customer's Colmac product and company to continue being productive. The Colmac Service Department is just an added feature, standard with all Colmac products. If you

service department for answers and assistance. Remember
to ask for details regarding on-site Start-Up of Colmac equipment
by a Colmac Service Technician. Twenty-four hour on-call service is available. The
parts department is available to take your parts order Monday
through Friday,

serial number with your purchase order. Our parts department
